Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use sekto. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't use the platform for anything unlawful.

Sellers must describe items accurately, grade condition honestly, and own the items they list. You agree to ship sold items promptly (within 48 hours) and to honour accepted offers. sekto may remove listings that violate these terms.

When you buy, your payment is held by sekto and released to the seller only after you confirm delivery, or after the protection window closes. Prices include the item; shipping is calculated at checkout.

Listing is free. sekto charges sellers a commission (approximately 10%) on completed sales. Payment-processing fees may apply. Fees are shown before you confirm.

No counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, or anything illegal to sell in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to remove such listings and suspend accounts.

If an item never arrives or materially differs from its listing, report it before confirming delivery and we'll mediate. Resolutions may include a refund from the held payment.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post, but grant sekto a licence to display them to operate the marketplace.

sekto is a venue connecting buyers and sellers; we're not the seller of items listed by users. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
